This one-day workshop is a hands-on business case approach to GSA leasing where you’ll work on a GSA lease transaction from start to finish. You’ll participate in each step of the GSA lease transaction using advanced techniques, from initial contact with the GSA, lease review, making offers, financial analysis, negotiations, property sales, property management related items and more. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Course materials include a GSA lease financial Excel worksheet and two books The Complete Guide to Government Real Estate Leasing, Volumes I & II.

About the instructor: This workshop is led by Jamie Scruggs, Executive Director of Government Lease Advisors, Inc, and the author of the Complete Guide to Government Real Estate Leasing, Volumes I & II. Since 1998, Jamie has completed over a 1,000 government real estate leases while working for the GSA, property owners, and real estate brokers.
